Organization’s objective/goal
Organization decided to grow the business for the coming year
Production department
Production department has decided to increase the production. So that they could grow the business. For which they have decide to implement robots along with man power. They have decided to produce X no. of products in 1 hour which is XX products in one day and XXX products in one month.
Marketing department
To sell the produced products marketing department has decided to find new ways of reaching audience apart from traditional ways. They decided to use social media marketing which are also apparently cheap (Facebook ads, Instagram ads, blogging, pop-up ads, etc.,). Marketing department must target the right audience and generate leads.
Sales department
Marketing department would have already created awareness for the products. So the sales department duty is to increase the sales. Each employee is given with monthly targets which they have to achieve.
